Automatic bridge type case packing machine for bottle cans

This is a universal case packing machine designed for upright products such as bottles and cans

1- Universal design, compatible with round, square, flat etc. bottle shapes.

2- No gripper insertion, not affected by cap types, suitable for cans, snap caps, pump caps, etc.

3- Material receiving speed up to 80 m/min, capable of handling more than 8,000 bottles per hour.

4- Adjustable dividers and bridge plates enable quick format changeover.

5- Carton handling system includes servo case erecting, bottom sealing, lifting packing and case sealing. Optional bottom board or divider insertion. Speed up to 20 cartons/min.

6- Gripper-type packing is available for glass bottles or applications requiring precise positioning.

7- Integrated design realizes coordinated functions: material receiving, sorting, case opening, packing and sealing. Fully automatic, high output and space-saving.
